Briefs are panties with a classic cut that offer fuller coverage. They are often humorously known as Granny Panties. Women’s briefs typically provide full bottom coverage, have a higher rise in front to cover more of the tummy, and leg openings that are horizontal with the crotch line.

You know your bra size. But, do you know your breasts? Sounds like a funny question, but certain bras styles and features work better for some breasts and not for others.
Answer the following questions, and I promise your new bras will make you look younger and thinner!
We are sorry we are unable to assist you further.
Women’s briefs are a type of short and snug panty style, as opposed to other styles that have material extending down the thighs. Briefs come in their own various styles and usually feature a waistband attached to fabric that runs along the pelvis to the crotch and buttocks. This panty cut is worn by both men and women of all shapes and sizes. These briefs might be high cut underwear or a variety of other styles.
Many women don’t think briefs have the sexiest connotation. We say, so what? Brief panties can be attractive and stylish. Not to mention, they’re perfect for comfortable everyday wear — especially when you’re not trying to hide panty lines. They’re very similar to bikini panties, but they offer a more traditional cut and extra coverage.
We think this is one of the most versatile panty styles and that every woman should have a few of them in her collection. Here are some of our favorites:
Traditional brief panties are a panty style designed to give you plenty of extra coverage in both the front and rear. It’s typical that the waistband of a traditional brief rises to the natural waistline and the leg lines are lower and have a squared off look.
With the same generous front and rear coverage of the traditional brief, the lower-rise brief’s waistband usually sits at about one or two inches below the natural waistline.
With the same rear coverage you expect from a traditional women’s briefs, the higher-cut leg openings provide a longer leg appearance due to the higher-cut leg openings in the front. The leg openings typically hit the high point of the hip.
French cut briefs are made to give your legs a flattered, sexier look. With the traditional full coverage in the back and a waistband that hits the natural waistline, the leg opening hits the high point of the hip.
With the same appearance of a traditional brief panty or high-cut underwear, control briefs are made with control panels to slim, smooth and perfect your silhouette.
Women’s briefs can be a wardrobe staple. This classic and comfortable fit is ideal for everyday use. This higher coverage cut can also offer more security than other cuts, without sacrificing the style. For example, french cut briefs can elongate your legs — giving you a very flattering look. And traditional briefs can provide you with daily comfort and coverage without having to think too hard. No top drawer would be complete without at least a few of these styles.

Will high-cut underwear give me panty lines? It all depends on the cut of your outfit. Sometimes a higher cut underwear will feel more comfortable when wearing high cut pants. Full coverage women’s briefs can help you feel secure when wearing a skirt or dress. |

How often should I replace my underwear? As a general rule of thumb, underwear should be replaced about every 6-12 months. You may want to replace yours sooner or later depending on how well the materials hold up during wear and washes. After a certain number of washes, the elastic and materials can weaken. |

How many brief panties should I have? We recommend having at least a pair of underwear for every day of the week. Overall, we would recommend about 7-12 pairs of underwear in a variety of cuts and styles to go with different outfits. |
